How to think about raising money, your product is your stock (part 1)

When you're raising money, think of the stock in your company as being the
product you are selling. As with any product you have to segment the market
(investors) to focus your time and money in the most promising areas,
develop your marketing materials for the your market segment (executive
summary and more), price the product (valuation) and communicate with
potential customers (investors). Watch our next posts for a little more
